Subsequently, the after-sales service team of Golden Light Paper Industry visited the production workshop of Zhejiang Yamingwei Company in depth, conducting a comprehensive and detailed inspection and discussion on issues related to raw material storage environment, humidity control, cutting process, inspection equipment, and technical parameter control of box gluing process. In the raw material storage area, both sides exchanged views on the best environmental conditions for paper storage to ensure that the paper does not get damp or deteriorate during storage, thereby guaranteeing the stability of its performance. For humidity control, it was discussed how to precisely regulate the humidity in the production workshop according to different seasons and paper types to prevent paper deformation or decline in printing quality due to humidity issues. In the cutting process, in-depth research was conducted on the precision of cutting equipment, the selection of cutting tools, and the optimization of the cutting flow, aiming to enhance the efficiency and quality of cutting. In terms of inspection equipment, both sides exchanged views on the types of inspection equipment and inspection contents, which helped Yamingwei Company further enhance the accuracy and reliability of paper quality inspection. In terms of the box gluing process, the selection of glue, the control of coating amount, and the setting of technical parameters such as gluing pressure and temperature were discussed in detail to ensure the bonding strength and aesthetic appearance of the packaging paper box.
