Zhejiang Yamingwei Printing & Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in February 2010 and has since gone through a fourteen-year development process. The company currently has over 200 employees, with a factory area of 30,000 square meters. Its annual production capacity reaches 1.2 billion standard color small boxes, with an annual output value of nearly 200 million yuan and an annual contribution to the government's tax revenue of over 10 million yuan.
We focus on the research, design and production of packaging boxes and colored labels for pharmaceuticals, foods and cosmetics. We provide customers with a one-stop service for card paper folding packaging boxes. Currently, we have provided card paper folding boxes for 150 pharmaceutical companies, including 50 clients listed in the top 100 Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. We adhere to the development concepts of green development, digital drive, meticulous craftsmanship, and upward and benevolent direction. The company has the ESKO prepress workflow software, which enables automatic layout, proofing, color separation, output, three-dimensional display and version management functions. Combined with the GMI color difference management system, it has realized the digital prepress management process. The company applies ERP, MES and SCADA production management systems to enhance the digital level of production and operation processes. Since the beginning, we have earnestly practiced the service concept of stable quality, efficiency improvement, cost control, timely delivery and customer trust. We always pay attention to customer experience, adhere to quality first, effectively and appropriately operate our quality management system, and have established a quality laboratory that meets functional requirements to achieve the detection of various quality indicators of raw materials and products. We have established a production process and standardization system, adhered to 6S management in the workshop, adhered to the combination of employee training and motivation in quality awareness cultivation, and achieved traceable management of the product's entire life cycle.
In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, we will complete the construction of a digital demonstration factory with three times the current production capacity within three years. Since establishing a base in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou in 2010, we have always been dedicated to the design, research and production of color boxes for paper products such as medicines, food and cosmetics. With a registered capital of 28 million yuan as the foundation, a 30,000-square-meter factory as the support, and over 150 professional colleagues as the strength, we have built a solid capability with an annual production capacity of over 1 billion small boxes.
