Recently, Mr. Sun, based on the company's sixteen years of industrial practice and the planning of the new factory, shared the transformation path for discrete manufacturing enterprises. His core viewpoints directly hit the pain points of the industry.
Three steps to consolidate the foundation of informatization
As early as 2017, the enterprise introduced an industry-specific ERP system, integrating the entire process from orders to production, and achieving "cost calculation based on orders". From 2019 to 2021, the data collection system was launched, cost accounting was improved, and over 300 Sops were sorted out. The efficiency of the 180-person team increased by more than 30%. Mr. Sun emphasized: "Informatization is about installing the business logic of an enterprise into a system, rather than simply purchasing software." "
The new factory has set three core goals
At present, the construction of the new factory has entered a critical period. It is expected that the main structure will be completed in May 2026, and the equipment will be debugged from June to August. The planning focuses on three points
- Greening: Layout photovoltaic, energy storage and "peak shaving and valley filling" HVAC, and practice low-carbon production;
- Automation: Built a three-dimensional warehouse with over 3,000 storage positions and used more than 20 AGVs to address the pain points of multi-process transfer.
- Digitalization: Benchmarking against the national "Advanced Level (3.0)", we will break through modules such as single-click generation of work orders and online production scheduling, promote the interconnection of equipment and systems, and create a closed loop for quality supervision.

The key to transformation: Be pragmatic and not chase after concepts
Mr. Sun directly stated that the transformation faces three major challenges: "no benchmark, difficult integration, and balancing input and return", and shared his insights: Do not blindly pursue high grades; first, make internal production transparent and solid. Attach importance to the data closed loop, ensuring that data comes from production and goes back to management. Adhere to the principle of "independent leadership + professional collaboration", and leverage external forces to make up for the shortcomings in top-level design and system integration.
Digital transformation has no end; there is only continuous optimization. Digitalization is not an end in itself but a means - taking lean production as the path and improving quality and efficiency as the goal to form core competitiveness. Mr. Sun stated that the new factory will accumulate experience and provide a replicable transformation model for the packaging and printing industry.
